Depending on the time of year further reductions may be available for 2 person bookings or last minute availability.

Pets are included at no extra cost. Most letting agencies charge £10-£20 per animal extra to cover increased cleaning costs.

When 2 consecutive weeks are booked there will be a reduction to reflect the fact that no mid way clean is required. Of course if a mid way clean and change of linen is needed that can also be arranged.
