Ireby is ten miles north of Keswick, just beyond Bassenthwaite, close to Caldbeck, Uldale and Hesket Newmarket in the picturesque fells at the back of Skiddaw in northern Cumbria.18 miles south of Carlisle and within easy reach of all Lakeland, the coast, Hadrian's Wall and North Pennines.

The cottage is conveniently placed in the centre of the village, directly opposite The Lion Inn and parking is available on the large pavement in front of the property.
